参加時まだ７歳なのですが、お誕生日が近くもうすぐ８歳です。

参加はできますか？

申し訳ございません。参加時に満８歳でないとご参加頂けません。

 

参加時15歳なのですが、参加可能ですか？

対象は14歳までとなります。

 

5日間全日程の参加はできないのですが、5日間のうち複数日（例：２日間）の参加は可能ですか？

申し訳ございません。5日間ご参加頂くプログラムとなります。

 

参加する週を変更したいのですが、可能ですか？

参加する週を変更するには一度キャンセルをしてから再度お申し込みください。尚、キャンセルにはカタログ掲載のキャンセル料が発生します。

 

英語はビギナーレベルなのですが、参加しても大丈夫でしょうか？

様々な英語のレベルのお子様が楽しめるプログラムとなっております。

 

初めてのサマープログラムです。大丈夫でしょうか？

経験豊富なスタッフが運営しておりますので、安心してご参加いただけます。

 

今回初めて一人で参加します。そのようなお子さんもいますか？

 ほとんどの方がお一人で参加しておりますのでご安心ください。

 

保護者も参加可能ですか？

お子様のみのご参加となります。

 

 

子供の名前 (First name)は日本名もありますが、普段は英語名を使っているので、プログラムに参加時、英語名で呼んで欲しいです。

その場合は、お申し込みのお子様のお名前のところに英語名でご記入ください。日本名は記載しないでください。

 

食物アレルギーがあるのですが、対応していますか？

ご提供のランチはアレルギー対応行っております。申込書に詳細を必ずご記入ください。

 

嫌いな食べ物があるのですが、対応出来ますか？

申し訳ございません。嫌いな食べ物の除去は対応しておりません。

  

申込後、連絡がありません。

お申し込み後は、ご登録頂いたEメールアドレスに@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインからご連絡や案内等が送られます。

迷惑メールボックスに入らないよう細心の注意を図っておりますが、今一度迷惑メールボックスをご確認ください。また@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインからメールを受信出来るようお申し込み後すぐにご登録のＥメールアドレスの設定の確認を必ずお願い申し上げます。

 

行動面や学習面などで困難な部分がありますが参加できますか？

申込用紙に詳細をご記入ください。以下の通りアセスメントをさせて頂き参加可能かを判断しご連絡致します。（参加不可となった場合には全額ご返金となります）アセスメントは通常*以下の通りとなります。大切なお子様をお預かりするのに重要なアセスメントとなりますのでご協力お願い致します。またご協力頂けない場合は、参加出来ない形となりますので予めご理解ご了承お願いします。

*１）現在担当している学校/保育園/幼稚園の担任の先生に連絡させて頂き、電話で詳細を確認。（入学したて等の場合は十分な情報を得るために、前に在籍していた学校/保育園/幼稚園への連絡となります）

２）診断を受けている場合でお医者様からの診断書がある場合はEメールで送付頂く。

３）上記をもとにPrincipal, Operational Director, プログラムを担当する先生と協議し参加可能かを判断。

上記、個人情報となりますので慎重に取り扱いさせて頂きます。

 

プログラムをキャンセルしたいのですが、返金期間を過ぎてしまったので、友達に席を譲りたいです。可能ですか？

席を他の方にお譲りすることは出来ません。

 

キャンセルしたいのですが、どうしたらいいですか？

こちらのフォームにご記入ください。

「ドキュメントをフォームのオーナーと共有する権限がない」という内容のエラーメッセージが出る場合には、ブラウザーを変更して(Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome等)アクセスしてください。

 

現在Waiting listに載っていますが、空きが出た場合はどのように案内されますか?

【空きが出た場合のみ】ご登録のEメールアドレスにご連絡を致します。空きが出ない場合にはご連絡はいかない形となりますので予めご理解ご了承ください。ご参加の有無を指定の期日までにこちらのフォームにてご連絡ください。(Eメールやお電話でのご連絡不可) 指定の期日までにフォームが受信されない場合には、いかなる理由でも自動的にWaiting Listの次の方にご案内する形となりますので予めご理解ご了承ください。

 

申込プロセスはどんな感じですか？

１）申込フォームに情報を入力

２）申込フォームに記載したEメールアドレスに@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインからクレジットカードの支払いリンクが送られる

３）指定の支払期限内にクレジット決済をする (指定の期限内にクレジット決済がされないと自動的にお申し込みはキャンセルされ、@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインからお申し込みフォームに記載したEメールアドレスにキャンセルされた連絡がいきます）

４）@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインから、お申し込みフォームに記載したEメールアドレスにEnrollment Confirmation Emailが送られる（お申し込み後、数週間後に送られることもございますので予めご理解ご了承お願い致します）

５）申込フォームに記載したEメールアドレスに@etonhouse.co.jpのドメインから「しおり」が送られる（お持ち物や詳細等を必ずご確認下さい）※しおりは開催日が近くなってからのEメールでの送付となります。

６）当日、JR東京駅(丸の内南口)でお待ちしております。

 

写真はいつ掲載されますか？

写真は翌日の夕方に掲載されます。金曜日の写真は週明けの月曜日の夕方の掲載となります。写真の掲載に遅れが生じる場合にはご登録のEメールアドレス宛に連絡いたします。

 

My child is still 7 years old when joining the program but his/her birthday is not so far away. Can my child join the program ?

 So sorry, a child must be 8 years old when joining the program.

 

My child is 15 years old when joining the program. Can my child join the program?

Sorry, this program is for children aged between 8 and 14.

 

My child cannot join the whole 5 days. Can my child join less than 5 days (such as 2 days)?

Sorry, we only offer a 5 day program.

 

Can I change the week which I already signed up?

To change the week you wish to attend, please cancel your application and then re-apply. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation fees listed in the catalog.

 

My child’s English is at a beginner’s level. Is my child going to be OK?

The program is designed in a way that children of all different English level can enjoy.

 

 My child is joining a summer program for the first time. Is my child going to be OK?

Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will be able to support your child to have an amazing experience.

 

Do you apply for a visa or book accommodation?

Sorry, we do not apply for a visa or book accommodation. Here is the list of hotels you can stay at and recommended activities for parents.

 

Can parents also join the program?

Sorry, this program is for children only.

 

I want to join the program with my friends.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to join with your friends, please sign up early at the same time. Please note that we cannot accommodate a request to sign up with friends on our end.

 

 My child has a Chinese name, but we normally use an English name at home and would like the teachers to call him/her by his/her English name.

 On the form where it asks for a child’s First Name, please write his/her English name instead of a Chinese name.

 

 My child has food allergies. Can you provide the food that doesn’t contain the items my child is allergic to?

 Please write down the details on the form. We prepare your lunch based on your allergy information.

 

 My child doesn’t like certain foods. Can you eliminate the food my child doesn’t like?

 So sorry, if it’s not allergies, we cannot accommodate a request to eliminate certain foods. 

 

I have signed up and made a payment but receive no Emails from EtonHouse.

Information regarding the program is sent to the Email address you registered from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain.

We make sure that our Emails don’t end up in a spam box; however, if you are not receiving Emails from us, please kindly check your spam box. Please make sure to set in a way that your registered Email address can receive Emails from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain.

 

My child has learning, physical, behavioral or social difficulties. Which steps do I need to take in order to join the programme?

Please write in detail on the signup form. We will review as follows for consideration. Here are the steps:

1. Contact your child’s school teacher to gather information
2. If you have a diagnosis from the doctor, please send via Email
3. The Principal, Operational Director and Teachers who will be running the program will consider whether or not the program will be beneficial for your child.

We will be very careful with handling the above personal information.

 

I’d like to cancel. Since it’s already passed the Cancellation deadline, I’d like to offer my child’s place to a friend. Is it possible?

Sorry, you cannot offer your child’s spot to another person.

My child is currently on the Waiting list. When a spot becomes available, how will I be notified?

You will be contacted at the Email address you registered on the registration form【Only when a spot becomes available】. When you don’t hear from us, it means unfortunately a spot didn’t become available. If you’re contacted due to a vacancy, please fill out this form to confirm your enrollment into the program by the specified date. (Confirmation accepted Only via the form, No Email or Phone call) If we don’t receive the form by the specified date, your seat will automatically goes to the next person on the list. Thank you for your kind understanding in advance.

 

What is the application process like?

1) Fill out the sign-up form

2) Payment Link will be sent to the Email addresses you registered from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain

3) Make a Credit Card Payment by the payment deadline (Your sign-up is automatically cancelled when a payment is not being made by the payment deadline and you will be informed of the cancellation to the Email addresses you registered on the sign-up form  from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain)

4)Enrollment Confirmation Email will be sent to the Email addresses you registered on the sign-up form  from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain (It can take up to a few weeks to receive the Email. Thank you for your kind understanding in advance)

5)”Handbook” will be sent to the Email addresses you registered on the sign-up form  from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain (Please check the list of items to bring and details of the program) *The Handbook is sent close to the day you join the program.

6) See you at JR Tokyo Station (Marunouchi South Exit) on July 3rd.

 

When are the photos posted?

The photos are posted the next day in the evening. The photos from Friday are posted the following Monday evening. When there is a delay in posting photos, we will inform you via Email to your registered Email addresses.
