* Extended Day Care for 2 and 3 days per week
1. The days of the week to attend daycare needs to be fixed for the term,  schedule is not allowed to change during the term. (You can change the schedule from the following term)
2. The days are not compensated if the day chosen happened to fall on a public holiday or when school is closed for Parent Teacher Conference day, Professional development days etc.

*The fee can be paid online at the end of this form.
*This fee will apply starting from the next academic year (late August 2026).
