  欠席・遅刻連絡は必ずこちらのフォームを提出ください。電話やEメールでの連絡は不要です。
• 送迎代理人の申告フォーム
  ご両親以外のお迎えになる場合は、必ずお迎え時間の前にこちら「List of Authorized Persons」をご提出ください。

※食べ物について
食事は全て提供されるため、食品のお持ち込みはご遠慮くださいませ。
（当スクールはナッツ類の持込禁止です）

(Important Notice) Please read below:

– Absence/Late Form
If you are ABSENT or LATE arriving at the venue, instead of a Phone Call or Email, please fill out the form.

– List of Authorized Form
Please fill out the form prior to the pickup time, if your child is being picked up other than his/her Mother or Father.

We will provide meals. Please do not bring food or snacks.
Please note that our school is Nut Free school.

Please note that all the program-related information is sent to the Email address/es you registered on the signup form. We make sure that our Emails do not end up in a spam box; however, if you don’t receive Emails from us, please check your spam box. Please kindly ensure that your registered Email address can receive emails from the @etonhouse.co.jp domain.
