DATES: 8 June – 28 August (Sign up per week)
*We conduct the programs during national holidays.
HOURS: 9:00AM-3:00PM (for 5days: Mon-Fri)
*Hours are different from Summer Program@Karuizawa Campus (Age: 3-5). Siblings can be picked up and dropped off at separate venues. It takes about 20 minutes by car between 2 venues. Please see here for details.
AGE: 4-12 YEARS OLD (This program is not available for children who wear diapers during the day.)

Program Schedule
All activities conducted in English
- Each child will be challenging themselves at the “OWL ADVENTURE” Rope Course, please contact inform the camp staff on the first day if you do not wish your child(ren) to participate. Children that are not comfortable with the harness shall not be forced to join this, this is due to safety reasons. If you have any questions, please consult the camp staff.
- Parents/guardians are invited to join a celebration every Friday to wrap up the week with fun activities with your children. Details will be emailed to you the week you attend. Kindly keep an eye out for our email.
- Schedule and activities may change due to weather and children’s interest.
- In cases that we cannot provide the above program due to natural disaster (eg. Earthquake, Typhoon etc), our school would not be able to do makeup on other dates or provide any compensation.

* Cancellation fee: 10% upon registration and no refund on and after 11th of May 2025.
Sign Up
While enrollment capacity is set by age, during the camp sessions, participants are primarily grouped into two key age brackets: 4–6 years old and 7–14 years old. Please note that due to this necessary age-based grouping, we cannot guarantee that children who are in the same grade or who enroll with friends will be placed in the exact same group. We appreciate your kind understanding in advance.
Please select Monday of your preferred week to sign up from the calendar.
The number of participants is set for each age group. Please ensure that your child is signed up in the correct age group, based on their age on the first day of the week they are joining. Registrations in an incorrect age group will be canceled.
