Tested Positive (Covid-19) – Toranomon

 

When a student or his/her family member tested Positive for the Covid-19, please follow the following steps:

1) Fill out the Covid-19 Report

2) Fill out Absence Form

3) Japan has reclassified COVID–19’s category to Class 5 under the Act on the Prevention of Infectious Diseases, a student who is diagnosed with Covid–19 must stay at home for 5 days after the onset of symptoms to ensure they do not spread the virus whilst still potentially infectious.

4) Please submit the Returning Date Form prior to returning to school filled by parents stating your child is fit to return to school again.
