Extended Day Care (EDC) Toranomon

• EDC is only available to those who join EtonHouse Toranomon 5 days per week
• Closed on school holidays (includes event days such as the Parent Teacher Conferences)
• Sign up is for a minimum of 1 Term. Once signed up, you will join EDC until you submit a request via Email or enrolment change from not to continue*.

[Hours] 2:00pm – 6:00pm

[EDC Fees]  30 % of the Term fees

• The same fee applies regardless of pickup time (Most children are picked up around 5:00pm).
• If you are joining both EDC (Extended Day Care) and after school classes, the both fees apply.

[Items to bring]  Afternoon Snack

• Please prepare the afternoon snack everyday.
• Please write your child’s name on the bag/ziplock bag that contains your child’s snack.
• Please prepare something healthy such as such as bananas, crackers such as Japanese rice crackers (senbei) .
• Please avoid bringing sweets (candies such as chocolates, cookies, gummies) and potato chips.
• Please avoid all types of nuts (including chestnuts, coconuts, etc) and any products that contain nuts (including peanut butter, almond butter etc) cannot be brought into the school, as we are a nut free school.

[How to apply]

* For EtonHouse students,
Please sign up at the enrolment change request or send an email to the office to request.

* For new students,
Please select both 5 days and Extended Day Care on the Registration Form.

If you already attend our preschool and would like to join the Extended Day Care, please fill out this form.

*If you’d like to stop using the Extended Day Care, please send an Email to office@etonhouse.co.jp (Please kindly note that you must sign up for the minimum of 1 Term and that should you decide to stop, the fees will not be refunded for any reason)
