不正利用/Charge Back (KWP)

お申し込み後に、不正利用と勘違いし、利用代金の決済に同意しない旨をクレジットカード会社に申し立てた場合：

 

以下の手順をふんでください。

送付するEメールに記載の指定期日までに以下１）２）を行ってください

１）クレジットカード会社に電話をして「不正利用の申請の取り下げ」を依頼

２）クレジットカード会社に依頼後、「依頼した日にち」と「依頼した旨」を記載しoffice@etonhouse.co.jpまで連絡

 

After signing up,  I informed the Credit Card company that this was an unauthorized transaction and asked them to cancel. 

 Please follow the below 1)2) by the specified date:

1)Call your Credit Card Company and ask them to cancel your previous request

2)After calling, Send Email to office@etonhouse.co.jp informing EtonHouse that you’ve contacted your credit company (Please include the date you’ve contacted your credit card company)
