The classes are divided into three levels: Level 1, 2, and 3 (with Level 3 being the highest), and the class activities vary depending on the level. (A Chinese language instructor will conduct a placement check in advance.) In these classes, children enjoy learning Chinese through songs, games, Chinese culture, and a variety of themes. They will also learn Hanyu Pinyin (the official romanization system for Chinese pronunciation) and basic Chinese characters.

A Chinese class will open once two or more participants have registered. After you apply, we will contact you to confirm whether a class will be held on your preferred day of the week. Please allow a few days for this confirmation. Please note in advance that the class will not open if there are fewer than two applicants.

 

English class

Cooking (N2, K1, K2)

Class activities:

  • Build math skills by measuring ingredients

  • Develop reading comprehension through following recipes

  • Explore science by observing how ingredients change during cooking

  • Discover different countries and cultures through culinary experiences

 

Art & Literacy (N2, K1, K2)

Fee JPY3300/class
In this class, children will enjoy storytime and hands-on crafts inspired by the books they read. By experiencing the joy of reading, they will develop literacy, imagination, self-expression, and creativity through literature and art.
