Parents of M of Kindergarten 1 (Roppongi)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our journey with EtonHouse Roppongi has been truly special. Our child joined the youngest PN class before the age of 2, and went through all the way to the K class now, we can confidently say that these have been some of the most formative and joyful years of early childhood.<\/p>\n

From the very beginning, the school provided a warm, caring, and supportive environment that made both our child and our family feel welcome. The teachers are incredibly nurturing and professional, always friendly and\u00a0attentive to each child’s individual needs. We’ve seen our child grow not just academically, but also socially and emotionally \u2014 becoming more confident, independent, and curious every day.<\/p>\n

EtonHouse\u2019s approach to inquiry-based learning and focus on global awareness have helped shape our child into a thoughtful and open-minded learner. The school also fosters strong communication with parents, which we truly appreciated throughout our time there.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s with a heavy heart that we leave the EtonHouse Roppongi community due to an international move, but we will always be grateful for the wonderful foundation the school has given our child. We couldn\u2019t have asked for a better start to their education.<\/p>\n

S of Kindergarten 2 (Roppongi)<\/b><\/p>\n

My son has attended EtonHouse Roppongi since he was 2 years old. There are many international schools in Tokyo. But I can assure you EtonHouse Roppongi is a cut above the rest.<\/span><\/p>\n

The point is that EtonHouse Roppongi has a bilingual education. We are Japanese native. We use only Japanese at home. That means he could not understand any English and Mandarin when he joined the school.<\/span><\/p>\n

The school tried to let him stay comfortable at school at first and tried to expose him to English and Mandarin. Every teacher and all the staff talk and communicate with him a lot every day, read many books and ask him many questions, give him an opportunity to present to friends. Now he\u2019s 5 years old, thanks to that, he can make himself understood in three languages.<\/span><\/p>\n

I think this drove him to various interests. For instance, he loves watching world news. And he\u2019s interested in weather, science, nature, geography and current political matters. It\u2019s a synergistic effect. I believe that bilingual (or trilingual) education will create a multiple effect for my son\u2019s life in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

Experienced-based study, the child-focused curriculum at EtonHouse also nurtured his gifts. And he learned how to solve problems, how to discuss with friends and how to achieve his goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, he also had great opportunities to meet, be a friend to people from different countries, experience different cultures. Teachers in this school are from many countries, full of knowledge and rich experiences in of early-childhood education.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe my choice was right having chosen EtonHouse Roppongi for my son, and his experiences there will surely bring about positive impact to his future.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am very satisfied with EtonHouse Roppongi and everything about it. In summary EtonHouse Roppongi <\/span>is an amazing School that children can benefit from. Our daughters had the pleasure of attending EtonHouse Roppongi for almost 2 years. From the very first day both our children were provided with a very engaging, supportive & hand’s on learning environment. I\u2019d have to say the school is a warm, welcoming & safe environment with lots of diversity. The teachers & support staff are truly fantastic. They always have the children\u2019s best interests at heart and provide a great balance between nurturing & learning. We found our children to become much more independent and improve in their written & communication skills. Their multiple language skills (Japanese, Mandarin & English), as well as their confidence in expressing their thoughts and ideas were greatly developed while at EtonHouse Roppongi. We also travelled quite frequently in and out of Japan throughout the 2 years and EtonHouse Roppongi remained very supportive and accommodating during this time. We have been most impressed with our EtonHouse Roppongi experience. Our daughter is engaged in meaningful, stimulating activities throughout her day that develop both her academic and social skill sets. Her teachers are a marvelous mix of child psychologist and educator–they operate with an unconditional positive regard for the children and ask thought-provoking questions that allow the children to explore and draw their own conclusions. Their use of the emergent curriculum model is outstanding and so exciting that we as parents are drawn to continue the themes at home. The teachers quickly tuned into our daughter’s strengths and areas for development and set thoughtful goals for her. She feels safe and attended to in class. She comes home speaking in Mandarin and is excited to teach us what she has learned. She loves school–What an excellent way to begin an education!<\/span><\/p>\n
