Registration Process <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The registration process is an easy process.<\/p>\n

Please follow the steps below.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Contact us<\/p>\n

\u25cf Book a School Tour (English or Japanese), Virtual or Physical tours available<\/p>\n

\u25cfWatch “Image of Child”\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

\u25cf Read the EtonHouse Philosophy and Curriculum<\/a><\/p>\n

\u25cf Join a School Tour<\/p>\n

\u25cf Fill out registration form & upload required documents.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Once all the forms are received, an invoice will be sent out.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Make bank transfer (All bank charges would be borne by the remitter) *If you are making a payment by an international bank transfer, please note that all the bank charges are borne by the remitter. (Please check with your bank to see how much remittance fees cost and add the amount to the total when transferring)<\/p>\n

\u25cf Fill out Payment Completion Form<\/a><\/p>\n

\u25cf Upon completing the bank transfer in full including all the necessary bank remittance fees and filling out the payment completion form<\/a>, your child is automatically enrolled. (Please kindly note that there is no notification or email confirming the receipt of a payment from EtonHouse and that your registration will be automatically withdrawn if a payment is not received in full by a payment deadline indicated on an invoice) If your payment is delayed due to a company\/embassy is making a payment for school fees, please kindly let us know via Email (office@etonhouse.co.jp<\/a>)<\/p>\n

\u25cf Make an appointment for the admissions process & Pre-visit(see below).<\/p>\n

\u25cf Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/p>\n

\u25cf Child\u2019s photograph (Facing front, Head to Shoulder)<\/p>\n

\u25cf Copy of child\u2019s immunization records<\/a><\/p>\n

\u25cf Copy of child\u2019s passport: *If your child doesn’t have one, you can take a photo of the Boshitecho (\u6bcd\u5b50\u624b\u5e33) where you write your child’s name.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Copy of Mom’s passport<\/p>\n

\u25cf Copy of Dad’s passport<\/p>\n

\u25cf Health check report<\/a> (a simple letter from a pediatrician stating that your child has no developmental issues within the social, physical and cognitive areas (within the last 4 months) (English Sample: Health Check Report)<\/a><\/p>\n

\u25cf (If applicable) Tax Exemption Card (Front)<\/a><\/p>\n

\u25cf (If applicable) Tax Exemption Card (Back)<\/a><\/p>\n

Admission Process<\/span>:<\/h3>\n

\u25cf School will contact you to schedule a date and time to come and purchase school uniform, safety headgear (PN (Pre-Nursery Class) children do not have uniforms) – This must be done before the starting date.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Receive security card<\/p>\n

Pre-Visit<\/span>:<\/h3>\n

School Teacher will contact you to schedule a Pre-visit (Meet and greet) with the class teacher. This must take place before the starting date.<\/p>\n

Starting Date<\/span>:<\/h3>\n

If interested in joining from a new term, please submit a registration form 1 month before your preferred starting date to process your application.<\/p>\n

Please note that if starting from a new term, a new student cannot join from the first day of the term. Our principal will advise your child’s starting date to ensure a smooth transition. Thank you very much for your kind understanding in advance.<\/p>\n
