Peter Ackerman has worked in the education field for over 17 years as a Pre-K , Kindergarten, and E.S.L. teacher, coordinator, authorized supervisor, and as a director. He has also worked as a specialist pre-school mathematics teacher.

Peter has been part of teams that have written curriculum for students from Pre-K to Grade 5. He has worked with Australia's Early Years Learning Framework and the International Baccalaureate Organization's Primary Years Program. At K International School, he was part of the curriculum committee that successfully guided the school through the initial I.B.O. authorizations and also re-authorization at a later stage. He was also an active member of curriculum, mathematics, and language and literacy committees.

Early in Peter's career he embraced the philosophies and practices of the internationally acclaimed schools of Reggio Emilia in Northern Italy which have been a source of inspiration in his exploration into ways of enabling children to realize their full potential.

Heather Conroy, DipT(ECE), Bed(ECE), Med(ECE), Director of Pedagogy.

Ms Conroy, with 25 years of experience in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore is a highly respected early childhood educator and teacher educator. She will provide ongoing classroom support for the educators at the preschool, with particular emphasis on developing the skills of educator's in researching and documenting young children's learning.
